We bring a wood-fired pizza truck or trailer to your venue and prepare every pizza fresh on-site throughout your event. Rather than serving everything at once, we continuously hand-stretch and fire pizzas to order, so every guest can enjoy hot, freshly made pizza.

Absolutely. Along with our made-to-order wood-fired pizza, we offer seasonal salads, appetizers, desserts, and beverage options, including full bar service for eligible events. Whether you’re planning a casual employee lunch or a full wedding reception, we’ll help you create the menu that fits your event.

Yes. Our trucks are equipped with taps, and we offer several beer, wine, and bar packages to complement your menu. Alcohol service is provided through our sister company, Queen of Hearts Catering, and is currently available for events in Pennsylvania only.

We cook every pizza in imported Italian wood-fired ovens built for exceptional heat retention and authentic performance. Fired with aged oak, they reach the high temperatures needed to create the perfectly blistered crust, airy texture, and subtle smoky flavor that make wood-fired pizza so irresistible.

Our dough is made with just a handful of simple, high-quality ingredients: Italian “00” flour, water, sugar, dry active yeast, extra virgin olive oil, and kosher salt. Sounds simple, right? The secret isn’t just what’s in it—it’s how we make it.

We’re a little obsessed with dough. We spent years perfecting our recipe and technique, and every batch is slow-proofed for up to 48 hours (adjusted for the weather and season) to develop the light, flavorful crust that has become a Common Good signature.

Yes. We regularly serve vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests, so everyone can enjoy pizza together. Let us know about any dietary needs when you book so we can prepare accordingly. Gluten-free crusts are available for an additional charge and must be ordered 10 days in advance.

We can serve fresh, wood-fired pizza to 125 guests in approximately 22 minutes. Appetizers, salads, and pizza are served from our buffet tables, allowing guests to enjoy a smooth, efficient dining experience while our team keeps the fresh pizzas coming.

Gratuity is not included in our pricing and is completely at your discretion.

Every Common Good event includes our mobile wood-fired pizza truck or trailer, professional event staff, setup, service, cleanup, and the tables, plates, utensils, and other essentials needed to serve your guests.

We cater at private homes, farms, parks, wedding venues, corporate locations, and plenty of other unique spaces. You can also take a look at our Venues page to see some of the locations where we frequently work.

We need a level 25′ x 25′ space with no overhangs, low-hanging branches, or other overhead obstructions. Our truck is approximately 22′ long, 10′ wide, and 10′ high, so having enough clear space allows our team to safely park, set up, and serve your guests.

Yes. Common Good Pizza serves the greater Philadelphia area from our home base in Malvern, PA. Most events are within about 45 minutes, but we regularly travel farther for the right event. If you’re unsure whether you’re in our service area, just ask.

 Nope! Our trucks and trailers are completely self-contained, so we do not need access to electricity or water at your event site.

 Yes, as long as the surface is asphalt, concrete, or crushed stone at least 3 inches deep. If your event requires us to drive or park on a field, pasture, or other unpaved surface, we’ll need to discuss the site conditions with you before your contract is signed.

 A little rain doesn’t have to stop the pizza! We’ll talk through the rain plan with you during the planning process. When possible, we position our truck close to a garage, covered area, or other structure. We also have a 15′ x 15′ pop-up tent to help keep the serving area protected.

Our standard setup has the buffet positioned directly outside our truck or trailer so we can continuously replenish it with fresh food. If you’d like the buffet set up indoors, just let us know. Additional staff will be required to efficiently transport and replenish food between the truck and your indoor serving area.

 Our menu pricing includes everything outlined with your selected package, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you book. Common Good provides the food, mobile kitchen, professional event staff, serving setup, and disposables needed for our menu.

One important thing to know: we are a limited-service caterer. Our team does not set up or break down your overall event, bus guest tables, or collect guest trash. This helps us stay focused on wh

Yes. Our minimum guest count varies based on the day and date of your event. Our lowest minimum is 50 guests on select dates. Saturdays during our busiest months of May, June, September, and October require a minimum of 100 guests.

Yes. Travel fees are based on the distance from our Malvern, PA, home base and help cover travel-related expenses such as staff travel time, fuel, and tolls. We’ll include any applicable travel fees in your proposal so there are no surprises.

Yes. We carry liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if required by your venue.

Yes. Common Good Pizza is fully licensed to operate as a retail food facility and is inspected and approved by the Chester County Health Department. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation for every event we serve.

No. Common Good Pizza & Tap specializes exclusively in private catered events. We do not operate as a public food truck or attend festivals, fairs, or open vending events. This allows us to focus on delivering an exceptional experience for weddings, corporate events, tailgates, private parties, schools, nonprofits, and other celebrations where every detail is planned around your guests.
